From a production standpoint, I had an outstanding crew (Local 16, San Francisco) and they helped me accommodate many late changes without getting ruffled.

In addition we had three very well known popular music acts play live sets throughout the conference and full stage riders needed to make it on and off stage with utmost efficiency as there wasn’t really a break in the program. A few tense moments on clearcom as we kept momentum barreling along. Client was very happy.
